Sarah Haynes-Brin

Real Estate Guru

Sarah grew up in the real estate business in Tennessee obtaining her first real estate license at just 18. She has a degree in Environmental Science from Washington University and a Masters in Sustainability from Lipscomb University. She spent many years working in hands-on environmental education and another few working in the Travel industry.

She sits on the board of the Trust for Virgin Islands Lands and has been instrumental in spreading the word about Conservation in the territory. She was a driving force to start The Good Leaf that offers pod-style education and forest school on the northside. She is passionate about creating moments of awe in the eyes of her students and visitors alike.

In her free time she enjoys reading, snorkeling, yoga and hiking. Contact her for your dream island vacation, retreat or event!

Francois Brin

Maintenance Manager

Francois is a born and bred Virgin Islander who is responsible for keeping our villas looking great. He is the reason everything runs smoothly when you rent from Searena Properties from the grill to the auto entry doors to the TVs. If you do happen to have an issue while on the property, Francois is usually the one to show up and fix it.

When Francois isn't at work, you will find him at the helm of a boat in the Caribbean sea or on vacation seeking white powder on his snowboard!

Keano Brin

Media Manager

Keano is a graduate of Morgan State University in Multi-Media and works as an Independent cinematographer. He has dual citizenship in the British and US Virgin Islands and traverses back and forth often. When he is not here he also spends time working and creating in Los Angeles.

He specializes in real estate photography, film making, and media services. Most of the images you see on this site are credited to his great eye. For more information check him out on Instagram.

Ketlyn Banegas

Villa Concierge

Ketlyn was born in Cuba and has lived in different parts of the world. She is bilingual and loves to travel, but her heart and home are here in beautiful St. Thomas. She is in love with island life and all its magic.

Ketlyn’s passion is making every guest feel truly cared for and ensuring they enjoy the very best experience—from the moment they arrive to the moment they (reluctantly) leave. If you have a special request for your stay or event , do not hesitate to ask!
