Sarah is an established real estate agent that has been licensed since she was 18. She has been managing Villa Tryst since 2007, and for the last 15 years we have had some amazing guests.

Sarah Brin

Real Estate Guru

Sarah grew up in the real estate business in Tennessee obtaining her first real estate license at just 18. She has a degree in Environmental Science from Washington University and a Masters in Sustainability from Lipscomb University. She spent many years working in hands-on environmental education and another few working in the Travel industry.

She started Scoops & Brew which has been serving up gelato and coffee in the territory for the past 8 years. Sarah has sold real estate with Holiday Homes in St. John and Haynes Realtors in Tennessee but currently holds her license with Stryker Real Estate of St. Thomas.

She sits on the board of the Trust for Virgin Islands Lands and has been instrumental in spreading the word about Conservation Easements in the territory. In her free time she enjoys snorkeling, yoga and hiking.

 
 

Francois Brin

Maintenance Manager

Francois is a born and bred Virgin Islander who is responsible for keeping our villas looking great. He is the reason everything runs smoothly when you rent from Searena Properties from the grill to the auto entry doors to the TVs. If you do happen to have an issue while on the property, Francois is usually the one to show up and fix it.

When Francois isn't at work, you will find him at the helm of a boat in the Caribbean sea or on vacation seeking white powder on his snowboard!



 
 

Keano Brin

Media Manager

Keano is a graduate of Morgan State University in Multi-Media and works for a consulting company on island. He has dual citizenship in the British and US Virgin Islands and traverses back and forth often.

In his free time, he is a great real estate, music and fashion photographer. Most of the images you see on this site are credited to his great eye. For more information check him out on Instagram.
